The name arrived during a low point. I was asking the kind of questions you ask when things feel heavy, and most of them ended in the same word: impossible. Then the word turned over, and I saw the other thing hiding inside it. Not impossible. I’m possible.
The thing that felt out of reach was not out of reach. I just had to decide to go after it. That belief now sits over everything I do, and it cuts both ways: a reminder to myself, and a promise to the people I work with. Most of what looks impossible to a business is simply a system nobody has properly understood yet.

From designing to building.
I have spent more than a decade as a qualified business analyst, most of it in financial, legal and professional services, learning how businesses actually work and designing systems for other people to build. Now I build them myself, end to end. The analysis is what makes the building worth anything: the chart always comes before the road.
The engagement
Fractional, by design.
The engagement is fractional: two to eight days a month, scaling with what the work needs. You are not buying hours; you are buying judgement about where to spend them. Senior capability without the permanent-hire cost, for businesses too big for a freelancer and too small for the Big Four.
